Isidro reacted to President’s Duterte’s public address Wednesday evening, calling on state security forces to shoot dead anyone “who creates trouble” during the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine.
Duterte’s statement came hours after 21 urban poor residents of sitio San Roque, barangay Bagong Pag-Asa were arrested for demanding food-aid from government.
Like what?????!!!!

Or yung isang Mayor, marami daw po kasi naghahanap sakanya. https://t.co/kcNdSvd5Qw
