Students and members of the faculty union of the University of the Philippines (UP) Mindanao stage a protest at the Atrium Steps as part of the system-wide “Day of Remembrance” to commemorate the University’s ‘participation and sacrifice’ for the struggle against Martial Law under the regime of former president Ferdinand E. Marcos that was declared on September 21, 1972.
