Mindanao lawmakers see BBL okay prior to Duterte’s SONA

Lower House lawmakers said they are optimistic to pass the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) in time for the State of the Nation Address (Sona) of Pres. Rodrigo Duterte this July.
