Leonora, widow of victim Ismael Avelino said she and their four
young children were ordered to lie face down and then later dragged outside of
the house. Next door, Edgardo Avelino’s household members were similarly forced to lie face down and were also dragged outside of the house. Near simultaneously, they heard gunshots inside both houses.
