‘Ang gusto ng manlulupig’

A Mindanao-based peace group Sowing the Seeds of Peace (SSP) appealed to the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to reciprocate the holiday truce declared earlier by the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) as the nation celebrates “most cherished Filipino tradition.”

School children, studying in Lumad schools in Talaingod, Davao del Norte, were traumatized after the military conducted an aerial strikes, earlier this week, while pursuing communist rebels, a spokesperson of the Lumad group said.
