CDO residents, doctors ask Mayor Moreno to declare ECQ

A group of private individuals, including doctors, has petitioned Mayor Oscar Moreno to put the entire city under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) following the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
