Following the perjury complaint filed by National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon, Jr. against human rights defenders of Karapatan, Religious Missionaries of the Philippines (RMP), and Gabriela, they attended the preliminary investigation set by the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Quezon City today, August 1, 2019.
