Today is the second day of the enhanced community quarantine in the whole of Luzon island, meaning a ‘total lockdown’ according to DILG Secretary Eduardo Año. All work and travel except those essential were suspended for a month. This is the fourth day of the community quarantine in the National Capital Region.
